I've been exercising! Like, every day! I used to be lazy and do it once every few days (if even that), but OMG.
You should have seen me yesterday. I worked out for a half hour, at least. I was on the treadmill for about 15 minutes. I did 50 elbow-to-knee crunches, 50 general crunches, 20 push-ups, and 20 squats. I also jump-roped for a bit. I was dripping sweat. I'm impressed with myself. That was the best work out I had since I was in gym class in junior high school.
But yeah, my goal weight is 150. I'm 180 now so it's gonna take lots and lots of work but I'm gonna do it because I wanna be sexy, damn it! LOL.
